Tasks
- Planning and coordination of sub-projects in the field of electrical system installation (ESI), A320 Family
- Definition and maintenance of project structures, efforts, and risks
- Continuous tracking of project status and progress
- Liaison between stakeholders such as Manufacturing Engineering, contractors, and internal customers
- Evaluation and implementation planning of late customer change requests
- Application of project management methods and tools (incl. Skywise, EBAM, Google Workspace)
- Development of dashboards and KPIs for controlling, documentation, and reporting
- Regular travel to Hamburg (approx. once a month) for coordination meetings
Qualifications
- Degree (Bachelor or higher) in engineering or related technical field
- First professional experience in electrical systems, several years of experience in engineering and project management
- Confidence in stakeholder management and cross-functional communication
- Solid understanding of processes and tools in risk management and project controlling
- Working knowledge of ICC, very good command of Google Workspace
- Proficient German (C1) and English language skills (C1) – French is a plus
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
