Tasks

  • Planning and coordination of sub-projects in the field of electrical system installation (ESI), A320 Family
  • Definition and maintenance of project structures, efforts, and risks
  • Continuous tracking of project status and progress
  • Liaison between stakeholders such as Manufacturing Engineering, contractors, and internal customers
  • Evaluation and implementation planning of late customer change requests
  • Application of project management methods and tools (incl. Skywise, EBAM, Google Workspace)
  • Development of dashboards and KPIs for controlling, documentation, and reporting
  • Regular travel to Hamburg (approx. once a month) for coordination meetings

Qualifications

  • Degree (Bachelor or higher) in engineering or related technical field
  • First professional experience in electrical systems, several years of experience in engineering and project management
  • Confidence in stakeholder management and cross-functional communication
  • Solid understanding of processes and tools in risk management and project controlling
  • Working knowledge of ICC, very good command of Google Workspace
  • Proficient German (C1) and English language skills (C1) – French is a plus
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
