Tasks

  • Execution of system integration in the cockpit and cabin area for helicopter platforms
  • Achievement of project targets in terms of time, scope, cost and quality in accordance with civil and military regulations
  • Coordination of multiple interdepartmental projects through all phases within a matrix organization
  • Detailed project planning and tracking, including creation of work breakdowns and dependencies
  • Alignment and reporting of project status to internal customers and stakeholders
  • Prioritization management and regular communication with internal departments and engineering teams
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through technically sound, compliant and timely delivery of system solutions

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering (at least Bachelor's level) or a comparable technical discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering roles, preferably in aerospace or aviation manufacturing
  • Proven track record in project management (minimum of 4 years) and technical documentation
  • Background in system engineering and system integration required
  • Experience in the automotive sector (especially interior systems) is also considered
  • Fluent German skills (advanced) and English at negotiation level (min. C1)
  • English CV required
  • A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visa not sufficient) is mandatory
