Tasks
- Execution of system integration in the cockpit and cabin area for helicopter platforms
- Achievement of project targets in terms of time, scope, cost and quality in accordance with civil and military regulations
- Coordination of multiple interdepartmental projects through all phases within a matrix organization
- Detailed project planning and tracking, including creation of work breakdowns and dependencies
- Alignment and reporting of project status to internal customers and stakeholders
- Prioritization management and regular communication with internal departments and engineering teams
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through technically sound, compliant and timely delivery of system solutions
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (at least Bachelor's level) or a comparable technical discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering roles, preferably in aerospace or aviation manufacturing
- Proven track record in project management (minimum of 4 years) and technical documentation
- Background in system engineering and system integration required
- Experience in the automotive sector (especially interior systems) is also considered
- Fluent German skills (advanced) and English at negotiation level (min. C1)
- English CV required
- A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visa not sufficient) is mandatory
