Tasks
- Responsibility for project goals in terms of time, scope, costs, and quality within the A320 FCO area
- Establishment and management of cross-functional project teams, including coordination of matrix organizations
- Active risk management and management of opportunities and contractual requirements
- Digital strategy development and continuous process optimization in the FCO customization context
- Ensuring the integration of lessons learned and knowledge transfer within the teams
- Efficient management of external partners and suppliers
- Close cooperation with internal stakeholders to anchor digital solutions
Qualifications
- Completed bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business informatics, or industrial engineering
- Many years of experience in project management and several years of experience in project leadership
- Several years of professional experience in IT/information systems
- Good knowledge of change management Basic knowledge of process and risk management
- In-depth application knowledge of Java, SQL, and Google Gemini/AI, as well as knowledge of Python (detailed functions) and Google Workspace
- Fluent English (at least C1) and business fluent German (at least B2)
- Resume in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
