Tasks

  • Responsibility for project goals in terms of time, scope, costs, and quality within the A320 FCO area
  • Establishment and management of cross-functional project teams, including coordination of matrix organizations
  • Active risk management and management of opportunities and contractual requirements
  • Digital strategy development and continuous process optimization in the FCO customization context
  • Ensuring the integration of lessons learned and knowledge transfer within the teams
  • Efficient management of external partners and suppliers
  • Close cooperation with internal stakeholders to anchor digital solutions

Qualifications

  • Completed bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business informatics, or industrial engineering
  • Many years of experience in project management and several years of experience in project leadership
  • Several years of professional experience in IT/information systems
  • Good knowledge of change management Basic knowledge of process and risk management
  • In-depth application knowledge of Java, SQL, and Google Gemini/AI, as well as knowledge of Python (detailed functions) and Google Workspace
  • Fluent English (at least C1) and business fluent German (at least B2)
  • Resume in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
