Responsibilities


  • Project management in the Quality domain: steering complex quality topics and ensuring timely implementation
  • Stakeholder management between manufacturing, management, project teams, and central functions
  • Process implementation: reliably establishing new processes and ensuring their adherence
  • Analysis of technical specifications and quality standards
  • Securing process performance: contributing to increased process reliability and guaranteeing highest quality standards


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in aircraft construction, engineering, mechanical engineering, or business informatics (at least technician/specialist)
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, aircraft construction, IT/information systems, manufacturing engineering, project management, and quality assurance
  • Proficient use of SAP (advanced application knowledge) and Google Workspace
  • Basic knowledge of process management
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
  • Teamwork skills, communication strength, and analytical thinking
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
