Responsibilities
- Project management in the Quality domain: steering complex quality topics and ensuring timely implementation
- Stakeholder management between manufacturing, management, project teams, and central functions
- Process implementation: reliably establishing new processes and ensuring their adherence
- Analysis of technical specifications and quality standards
- Securing process performance: contributing to increased process reliability and guaranteeing highest quality standards
Qualifications
- Completed degree in aircraft construction, engineering, mechanical engineering, or business informatics (at least technician/specialist)
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, aircraft construction, IT/information systems, manufacturing engineering, project management, and quality assurance
- Proficient use of SAP (advanced application knowledge) and Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of process management
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
- Teamwork skills, communication strength, and analytical thinking
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
