Responsibilities
- Inspection Planning: Definition, creation and release of inspection requirements for quality assurance
- Control Plans: Creation and continuous optimisation of control plans according to the inspection strategy
- Failure Analysis: Structured identification of potential failure sources in products and processes using FMEA
- Process Optimisation: Systematic failure analysis and resolution using methods such as Practical Problem Solving, 9S and SPC
- Team Leadership: Leading multifunctional teams (MFTs) to address complex quality issues
- Standardisation: Creation of process descriptions and ensuring compliance with Airbus standards
- Strategy Development: Optimisation of the inspection strategy as well as intra- and inter-departmental processes
Qualifications
- Completed degree in aerospace engineering, a technical subject or industrial engineering (at least Bachelor's)
- Many years of professional experience in manufacturing/production as well as in quality management and quality assurance
- Good knowledge of process management, risk management and total quality management
- Proficient use of SAP (detailed functions) and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong analytical skills, teamwork and communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
