Responsibilities


  • Inspection Planning: Definition, creation and release of inspection requirements for quality assurance
  • Control Plans: Creation and continuous optimisation of control plans according to the inspection strategy
  • Failure Analysis: Structured identification of potential failure sources in products and processes using FMEA
  • Process Optimisation: Systematic failure analysis and resolution using methods such as Practical Problem Solving, 9S and SPC
  • Team Leadership: Leading multifunctional teams (MFTs) to address complex quality issues
  • Standardisation: Creation of process descriptions and ensuring compliance with Airbus standards
  • Strategy Development: Optimisation of the inspection strategy as well as intra- and inter-departmental processes


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in aerospace engineering, a technical subject or industrial engineering (at least Bachelor's)
  • Many years of professional experience in manufacturing/production as well as in quality management and quality assurance
  • Good knowledge of process management, risk management and total quality management
  • Proficient use of SAP (detailed functions) and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Strong analytical skills, teamwork and communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
