Tasks
- Acceptance of individual parts and final painting of civil and military components and helicopters
- Ensuring compliance with aviation regulations in painting
- Preparation of delivery documentation and performance of initial sample inspections
- Writing non-conformance reports (NCs) and initiating/monitoring corrective measures
- Assignments in final assembly (final assembly line) for quality assurance
- Monitoring of production inspectors and internal quality gates
- Ensuring conformity before handover to the customer and coordinating troubleshooting measures
- Troubleshooting on systems and devices to ensure airworthiness
Qualifications
- Completed technical training with further training as a master craftsman, e.g., as a surface coater, painter or varnisher
- Experience in aviation is an advantage
- Knowledge of quality assurance is desirable
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
