Responsibilities


  • Process monitoring and definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) for structural assembly
  • Digitalisation of quality metrics in Skywise
  • Ensure quality requirements and support the design office organisation in their compliance
  • Apply and implement quality tools such as APQP, DFMA and PPS
  • Coordinate problem resolution, including root cause analyses and improvement projects
  • Drive process improvement through analysis and optimisation of workflows


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in aerospace engineering, engineering or a technical subject (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience in quality management and quality assurance
  • Experience in structural assembly and structural mechanics (metal), ideally at Airbus
  • Experience in applying quality tools (APQP, DFMA, PPS) and in process improvement
  • Confident handling of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Proactive, results-oriented working style and pronounced communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
