Responsibilities
- Process monitoring and definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) for structural assembly
- Digitalisation of quality metrics in Skywise
- Ensure quality requirements and support the design office organisation in their compliance
- Apply and implement quality tools such as APQP, DFMA and PPS
- Coordinate problem resolution, including root cause analyses and improvement projects
- Drive process improvement through analysis and optimisation of workflows
Qualifications
- Completed degree in aerospace engineering, engineering or a technical subject (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in quality management and quality assurance
- Experience in structural assembly and structural mechanics (metal), ideally at Airbus
- Experience in applying quality tools (APQP, DFMA, PPS) and in process improvement
- Confident handling of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Proactive, results-oriented working style and pronounced communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
