We are looking for a dedicated Secretary / Assistant for our client Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Manching. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for the team and the division management—you will coordinate appointments, organize processes, and ensure that everyday work runs smoothly and in a structured manner. Tasks
- Organization and coordination of all logistical processes for the division management and the team
- Appointment management and calendar synchronization for the department management
- Preparation of correspondence (national/international), preparation of meetings including minute-taking
- Handling of general administrative tasks in office management
- Management of team members' working time accounts
- Contact person for internal and external inquiries
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, office communications clerk or comparable commercial training
- Several years of experience in secretarial/assistant work and commercial administration
- Good knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, SAP, and Google Suite desirable
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
- Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
