Responsibilities
- Project Management: Independently manage projects from initiation through progress monitoring to successful completion
- Site Development: Promote central topics such as site attractiveness, employee satisfaction, and cross-company collaboration
- Event Organization: Support the planning and execution of internal events such as anniversary celebrations and management dialogues
- Strategic Implementation: Contribute to cross-site projects at both operational and strategic levels
- Organizational Support: Provide administrative support for cross-functional and cross-divisional activities
- Risk Management: Actively manage and monitor risks and opportunities in the project context
Qualifications
- Successfully completed university degree (at least Bachelor's) in Communication Studies, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Media Studies
- Several years of professional experience in project management and process planning
- Experience in communication management and event management is an advantage
- Proficient use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German and English (at least C1)
- Strong communication skills, structured working methods, and confident demeanor
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
