Responsibilities


  • Project Management: Independently manage projects from initiation through progress monitoring to successful completion
  • Site Development: Promote central topics such as site attractiveness, employee satisfaction, and cross-company collaboration
  • Event Organization: Support the planning and execution of internal events such as anniversary celebrations and management dialogues
  • Strategic Implementation: Contribute to cross-site projects at both operational and strategic levels
  • Organizational Support: Provide administrative support for cross-functional and cross-divisional activities
  • Risk Management: Actively manage and monitor risks and opportunities in the project context


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed university degree (at least Bachelor's) in Communication Studies, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Media Studies
  • Several years of professional experience in project management and process planning
  • Experience in communication management and event management is an advantage
  • Proficient use of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German and English (at least C1)
  • Strong communication skills, structured working methods, and confident demeanor
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
