You coordinate the supply chain from order to timely delivery, ensuring a smooth process in the Kit Factory. Responsibilities
- Material availability: negotiate and manage with suppliers and internal partners
- Production planning for the Kit Factory based on customer orders and pre-planning processes
- Material requirement determination using data engineering input, considering logistical rules
- Supply chain monitoring to ensure timely and quality-compliant kit deliveries
- Order control and coordination of downstream activities for kits
- Work order management including prioritization and coordination with production
- Inventory strategy analysis and preparation for pre-planning reviews
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in customer service, supplier management, process improvement, and supply chain / logistics
- Initial experience in contract management
- Proficient use of SAP/R3 and Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of Lean Management and civil aviation documentation
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel within Europe (approx. 1-2 times per year for 1-3 days)
- Structured, independent way of working, strong communication skills, and analytical thinking
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
