Responsibilities


  • Material availability: negotiate and manage with suppliers and internal partners
  • Production planning for the Kit Factory based on customer orders and pre-planning processes
  • Material requirement determination using data engineering input, considering logistical rules
  • Supply chain monitoring to ensure timely and quality-compliant kit deliveries
  • Order control and coordination of downstream activities for kits
  • Work order management including prioritization and coordination with production
  • Inventory strategy analysis and preparation for pre-planning reviews


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience in customer service, supplier management, process improvement, and supply chain / logistics
  • Initial experience in contract management
  • Proficient use of SAP/R3 and Google Workspace
  • Basic knowledge of Lean Management and civil aviation documentation
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (approx. 1-2 times per year for 1-3 days)
  • Structured, independent way of working, strong communication skills, and analytical thinking
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
