Responsibilities
- Logistics Service Provider Oversight: Ensure timely processing and control of civil and military deliveries
- Demand Consolidation: Gather and prioritize spare parts requirements from procurement and customer service
- Process Definition: Create process descriptions for internal logistics workflows
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports, perform analyses, and maintain databases
- Supply Chain Management: Coordinate the entire spare parts supply chain from demand to delivery
Qualifications
- Completed (logistical) vocational training with further qualification as master/technician or specialist/business administrator
- Several years of experience in disposition/material procurement, logistics, and supply chain
- Solid knowledge of SAP (understanding of detailed functions)
- Business fluent German (at least C1); proficient English (at least B2)
- Team skills, independent working style, and strong communication abilities
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
