Responsibilities
- Management of projects related to the digital tracking of equipment (GSE4.0), including coordination of schedules, budgets, and stakeholders
- Ensuring stable platform operation and routine maintenance of the GSE4.0 solution
- Gathering requirements from production, translating them into change requests, and implementing them in the solution
- Identifying and analyzing new approaches and developing concepts to improve product and process quality
- Driving product sales within the Lufthansa Group (rollout, consulting, coordination)
- Conducting economic feasibility and cost-benefit analyses to inform decision-making
- Advising production departments at LHT locations in Germany and abroad on the implementation and use of GSE4.0
- Defining, implementing, and optimizing key performance indicators, performance targets, and quality standards, including monitoring
Qualifications
- A completed university or university of applied sciences degree, preferably in engineering, computer science, or business administration
- Several years of experience in project management
- Very good knowledge of project management, process management, and lean management
- Prior knowledge in the areas of infrastructure and operational resources is desirable
- Very good computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, JIRA, SAP, and wiki systems
- Very good German language skills (at least B2) and advanced English language skills (at least B1)
- Willingness to work both domestically and abroad
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is absolutely required
