Tasks

  • Integration of cable harnesses and equipment into helicopter modules
  • Assembly work using manual tools and test systems
  • Self-inspections and general testing of electrical components
  • Installation and measurement of ESN lines
  • Execution of bonding measurements
  • Gluing of cable holders and performing finishing work
  • Working in accordance with construction documents, drawings, and aviation-specific regulations

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an electrician, mechatronics technician or aircraft electronics technician, or a comparable qualification
  • Extensive professional experience in the fields of electrical engineering, manufacturing / production, aerospace, mechatronics and aircraft construction
  • Solid technical understanding and proven experience in electrical assembly of aerospace components
  • Confident handling of technical drawings and aviation-specific standards
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • German language skills at negotiation level (at least C1), English at advanced level (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system as well as occasional business travel (for field assignments)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
