Responsibilities
- Wiring Loom Manufacturing: Fabricate electrical wiring looms and devices according to technical specifications
- System Installation: Professionally install and integrate electrical systems in helicopters
- Quality Control: Perform self-inspections and ensure compliance with all quality requirements
- Process Optimization: Continuously contribute to the improvement of manufacturing processes
- Documentation: Maintain, update, and manage manufacturing documentation
- Schedule and Cost Management: Adhere to time and cost schedules within the manufacturing process
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician for Aviation Systems (Aircraft Electronics Technician), or Mechatronics Technician
- Many years of professional experience in electrical systems and electrical engineering/electronics
- Several years of experience in manufacturing and production
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Good German skills (at least proficient) and advanced English skills (at least B2)
- Independent and structured way of working as well as willingness to work overtime and on Saturdays if required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
