Responsibilities


  • Inspections on the military helicopter NH90 TTH/NFH, including planning, execution, and documentation in the customer system SASPF
  • Work documentation and planning tool (PPC) management for maintenance orders
  • Material flow and logistics coordination within the maintenance dock
  • Technical leadership of staff through instruction, assignment, and quality control of work results
  • Fault management by logging issues in the NC tool and creating technical discrepancy reports (AFTO22/29)
  • Functional tests after standard maintenance, upgrades, modifications, and retrofits
  • Documentation maintenance of aircraft records and log card management
  • Support of certifying staff in all technical and administrative processes


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a technician or certified business manager in electrical engineering/electronics or a comparable technical degree
  • Several years of professional experience in aerospace, mechanics, quality assurance, and technical documentation
  • Additional training as Certifying Staff with completed EASA Part-66 basic modules for CS-CAT B1
  • B1 type training according to DEMAR 147 in theory and practice on the NH90 weapon system
  • Completed on-the-job training and a valid Military Aircraft Maintenance Licence (MAML)
  • Knowledge of Bundeswehr-specific regulations, military air law, and the Bundeswehr SAP system SASPF
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Reliable and quality-conscious work ethic, teamwork skills, and a strong quality awareness
  • Willingness to occasional business trips
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
