Tasks

  • Support the development of civil and military software solutions in close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders
  • Create and maintain Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) for design projects
  • Participate in technical design reviews to ensure compliance with quality plans
  • Coordinate directly with internal departments such as Engineering, Innovation, Manufacturing and Quality
  • Align with external suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Contribute to and implement improvement initiatives to increase efficiency
  • Promote a proactive quality culture within the development environment

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Extensive professional experience in development and quality assurance
  • Experience in aerospace development is a plus
  • Proven experience with design reviews and technical assessments
  • Solid understanding of system development processes (e.g. V-model) and configuration management
  • Fluent in both German and English (at least C1 level)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
  • CV in English required
