At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will be the central interface for Single Aisle final assembly as an Ingenieur / Aircraft Manager. You coordinate work packages, handle customer and supplier relations, and initiate measures for process optimization – where every step depends on precision and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities


  • Production planning – Structuring and coordinating work packages for Single Aisle final assembly (FAL)
  • Team leadership – Technical supervision and team coordination within the assembly line
  • Supplier management – National and international customer and supplier relations, including non-conformance management
  • Production control – Moderating meetings, aligning targets, and initiating measures to resolve disruptions
  • Project work – Participation in national and international projects with active coordination
  • Reporting – Creating reports for monitoring, controlling, and risk assessment of delivery performance
  • Remaining work coordination – Planning and coordination of follow-up work in the manufacturing process


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in engineering or aerospace (at least Bachelor)
  • Several years of professional experience in work preparation, manufacturing/production, and aircraft construction
  • Many years of aerospace experience (over 5 years) mandatory
  • Confident use of SAP (knowledge of detailed functions) and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Knowledge in aircraft production processes required; knowledge of Skywise advantageous
  • Flexibility for possible Saturday work required
  • Result-oriented working style, persuasiveness, and pronounced communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
