Responsibilities
- Workload and workforce planning in the relevant tools, ensuring data accuracy and capacity analysis
- Resource planning and reporting, including variance analysis and capacity management
- Competence management with the development and maintenance of the skill matrix to capture and measure all departmental competencies
- Strategy and process optimization by supporting definition, documentation, and steering of regular departmental meetings
- Communication and events on topics such as visibility and engagement to strengthen corporate culture
- Information management at department level by filtering and prioritizing actions and decisions
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in engineering, project management, and process planning
- Initial experience in static calculation
- Good knowledge of risk management as well as data analysis and management
- Proficient use of Google Workspace
- Basic skills in German (at least A2) and proficient English skills (at least B2)
- Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
