Responsibilities
- Change Board Management: Preparation, execution, and follow-up of change boards, ensuring completeness and quality of topics
- Process Control: End-to-end tracking of configuration changes on the helicopter to ensure schedule and quality targets (OTD/OTQ)
- Data Quality: Ensuring and monitoring data integrity in the specific change management tool (NH90CM)
- Documentation: Creation and review of variant-specific configuration documents such as build specifications and flight releases
- Partner Coordination: Monitoring the transfer of configuration data and drawings between Airbus and NH90 partner companies in compliance with export control regulations
- Digitalization: Contributing to the transformation of configuration management, including the introduction of new technologies and processes
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering or aerospace (at least Bachelor's) or a completed technical vocational training with qualified further education as a technician
- Several years of professional experience in engineering, finance, or project management
- Several years of experience in configuration management
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office; affinity for IT topics such as scripting (e.g., JavaScript), SQL, and business intelligence
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1); French language skills are an advantage
- Ability to understand complex technical matters; independent, responsible, and service-oriented way of working
- Strong teamwork skills, communication skills, and analytical thinking
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
