Responsibilities
- Configuration Management: Plan and execute industrial integration of version modifications and late mandatory customer options
- Risk Management: Identify industrial risks and constraints and monitor deliverables against program planning
- Integration Control: Industrially integrate and consolidate version reallocations, with continuous risk monitoring
- Program Robustness: Support project and chief engineering teams to mitigate risks in new developments and system crises
- Performance Optimization: Continuously improve fleet industrial integration deliverables for on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Process Optimization: Lead continuous improvement of general industrial processes and tool projects to simplify customization
- Digitalization: Support digitalization and associated lean opportunities for optimization
Qualifications
- Completed degree in aerospace engineering, engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in configuration management, manufacturing/production, manufacturing engineering, and project management
- Experience in supply chain/logistics advantageous; aerospace experience also advantageous
- Proficient use of SAP and ICC (advanced application knowledge) as well as Google Workspace
- Business fluent in German and English (at least C1)
- High-tuned communication, presentation, and influencing skills towards all management levels – internally and externally
- Team player, multi-cultural awareness, and independent, structured, and analytical working style
- Curriculum vitae (CV) in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
