At Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Wunstorf near Hanover, you will take on the role of Engineer as Production Planner A400M and be responsible for the technical control of maintenance events for the military transport aircraft. You are the central point of contact between engineering, manufacturing, and customer support, ensuring that each project transitions smoothly from planning to execution.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 56,040 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.06.2027. Responsibilities
- Project preparation for upcoming aircraft maintenance events to ensure a smooth start regarding technical deviations, material, tools, sequence, and time
- Technical support as the central point of contact throughout maintenance projects
- Interface management with internal and external engineering teams (AMTAC/Services Engineering, CAMO)
- Service Request Management: Creation and follow-up of technical requests
- Feasibility analyses for repair and technical solutions, considering industrial impact
- Process optimization of manufacturing and repair procedures from technical and economic perspectives
- Interdisciplinary coordination with all areas of the maintenance organization as well as finance, customer, and program management
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in engineering or aerospace engineering (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in engineering, ideally in aerospace
- Many years of experience in manufacturing engineering and knowledge of the A400M aircraft
- Experience in aircraft maintenance
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP (detailed specialist knowledge)
- Knowledge of A400M tools (OPAL, AIRN@V, MDS) is desirable
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German skills are a plus
- Teamwork skills, customer-oriented mindset, and analytical problem-solving competence
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
