The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 63,141 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.06.2027. Responsibilities


  • Long-term planning: Definition of the strategic baseline for the A400M MRO & Retrofit program in coordination with the program and end customers
  • Mid-term planning: Development of the tactical strategy to secure the baseline, including the creation of recovery plans
  • Short-term planning: Operational implementation of plans at station level in close coordination with manufacturing engineering and MRO teams
  • Capacity planning: Definition of program load and capacity strategy for long- and mid-term planning
  • Stakeholder management: Integration of internal functions such as production, quality, logistics, and finance into planning processes
  • Master Production Schedule (MPS): Implementation and leadership of daily, weekly, and monthly MPS meetings at plant level
  • Process optimization: Continuous implementation of OES and LEAN principles to establish best practices in planning


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in the aerospace industry
  • Several years of experience in manufacturing engineering and process planning
  • Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office
  • Business fluent English (at least C1); German and Spanish skills are advantageous
  • Team player, well-organized and goal-oriented working style
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
