The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 63,141 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.06.2027. Responsibilities
- Long-term planning: Definition of the strategic baseline for the A400M MRO & Retrofit program in coordination with the program and end customers
- Mid-term planning: Development of the tactical strategy to secure the baseline, including the creation of recovery plans
- Short-term planning: Operational implementation of plans at station level in close coordination with manufacturing engineering and MRO teams
- Capacity planning: Definition of program load and capacity strategy for long- and mid-term planning
- Stakeholder management: Integration of internal functions such as production, quality, logistics, and finance into planning processes
- Master Production Schedule (MPS): Implementation and leadership of daily, weekly, and monthly MPS meetings at plant level
- Process optimization: Continuous implementation of OES and LEAN principles to establish best practices in planning
Qualifications
- Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in the aerospace industry
- Several years of experience in manufacturing engineering and process planning
- Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German and Spanish skills are advantageous
- Team player, well-organized and goal-oriented working style
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
