Tasks

  • Integration and analysis of time, cost, resource, and quality data to support project control
  • Creation and maintenance of program and project plans, including work breakdown structures and scheduling
  • Execution of Risk & Opportunity Management
  • Performance monitoring: milestone tracking, steering, reporting, and preparation of phase reviews
  • Implementation of change management and configuration control with a focus on contract-relevant data
  • Implementation and continuous improvement of project management processes and PM tools in an operational environment
  • Occasional business trips to Toulouse (1–2 times per quarter)

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, supplier management, production planning and control, project management, and quality management
  • Strong knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) and basic knowledge of change management
  • Experience in manufacturing engineering and the aerospace industry is an advantage, ideally within an Airbus environment
  • Advanced user knowledge of SAP and confident use of Google Workspace
  • Business-fluent German and English skills (min. C1)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Toulouse (1–2 times per quarter)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
