Tasks
- Integration and analysis of time, cost, resource, and quality data to support project control
- Creation and maintenance of program and project plans, including work breakdown structures and scheduling
- Execution of Risk & Opportunity Management
- Performance monitoring: milestone tracking, steering, reporting, and preparation of phase reviews
- Implementation of change management and configuration control with a focus on contract-relevant data
- Implementation and continuous improvement of project management processes and PM tools in an operational environment
- Occasional business trips to Toulouse (1–2 times per quarter)
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, supplier management, production planning and control, project management, and quality management
- Strong knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) and basic knowledge of change management
- Experience in manufacturing engineering and the aerospace industry is an advantage, ideally within an Airbus environment
- Advanced user knowledge of SAP and confident use of Google Workspace
- Business-fluent German and English skills (min. C1)
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Toulouse (1–2 times per quarter)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
