For our client Diehl Aviation Hamburg GmbH, we are looking for an Engineer as Quality Manager Aviation at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. In this key role, you will develop training concepts, model processes, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations – acting as a central interface between quality management and operational specialist departments.

Responsibilities


  • Training conception: Independently design, create, and implement training measures and (sub-)projects within your specialist area
  • Process modeling: Capture, model, and, if necessary, analyze processes and documents
  • Release management: Manage document and process releases and check compliance with normative and aviation regulatory requirements
  • Specialist consultation: Advise and support internal departments in implementing standards and regulations
  • Audit planning: Plan and conduct internal audits according to existing specifications
  • Workshop design: Design and plan process workshops to leverage optimization potential


Qualifications

  • Completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in Engineering, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable subject
  • Several years of professional experience in project management and quality management
  • Experience in programming with SQL and VBA is an advantage
  • Proficient use of MS Office and SAP (knowledge of detailed functions)
  • Basic knowledge in the field of manufacturing and development companies is advantageous
  • Good communication skills, moderation, and organizational abilities
  • High level of initiative, assertiveness, and commitment
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
