Responsibilities
- Training conception: Independently design, create, and implement training measures and (sub-)projects within your specialist area
- Process modeling: Capture, model, and, if necessary, analyze processes and documents
- Release management: Manage document and process releases and check compliance with normative and aviation regulatory requirements
- Specialist consultation: Advise and support internal departments in implementing standards and regulations
- Audit planning: Plan and conduct internal audits according to existing specifications
- Workshop design: Design and plan process workshops to leverage optimization potential
Qualifications
- Completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in Engineering, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable subject
- Several years of professional experience in project management and quality management
- Experience in programming with SQL and VBA is an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP (knowledge of detailed functions)
- Basic knowledge in the field of manufacturing and development companies is advantageous
- Good communication skills, moderation, and organizational abilities
- High level of initiative, assertiveness, and commitment
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
