Tasks
- Creation and maintenance of PERT and Gantt charts in AVL2 and EPIQA
- Validation and optimization of work distribution and standard line balancing (SLB)
- Activation of production control in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Analysis and reduction of white and red space to increase efficiency
- Evaluation of cabin layouts in terms of their complexity
- Creation of process simulations and analyses as a basis for decision-making
- Conducting MFT rounds with production and support areas
- Definition and optimization of logistics clusters and identification of critical paths
Qualifications
- Completed degree in aerospace, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical field
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering, production planning, process planning and process improvement
- In-depth knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
- Knowledge of AVL2 (planning tool) and Python is an advantage
- Willingness to work occasional 2-shift work
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
