Tasks

  • Determining and visualizing the department's workload and expenses
  • Collaborating with managers, controlling, and budget managers for capacity planning
  • Moderating and leading technical review meetings to ensure compliance targets are met
  • Handling complex quality issues and implementing improvement projects
  • Optimizing process performance and compliance with quality standards
  • Ensuring process reliability throughout the entire product life cycle
  • Analyzing large amounts of data from various sources and automated processing for decision-making processes
  • Reporting directly to department management

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in engineering, technology, or industrial engineering (at least a bachelor's degree)
  • Several years of professional experience in finance, supplier management, process planning, quality management, and process improvement
  • Experience in requirements analysis or workload management desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of process management, basic knowledge of project management
  • Very good knowledge of Google Workspace, experience with Google Apps Script and Google Gemini is an advantage
  • Experience in digitization and data management required
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
