Responsibilities


  • Resource Planning: Independently carry out capacity and budget planning as well as personnel planning
  • Data Management: Ensure data consistency and build and expand transparent reporting
  • Financial Planning: Support the internal financial planning process, including business planning and cost estimation
  • Bid Management: Coordinate and monitor the bid process and support price reviews
  • Process Optimization: Implement continuous process improvement and accompany improvement initiatives
  • Workshop Facilitation: Moderate workshops and support space planning
  • IT Security: Monitor IT security-related activities


Qualifications

  • Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with a focus on finance
  • Several years of professional experience in engineering and project management
  • Many years of relevant experience in development or finance/controlling as well as in process improvement (Lean, SixSigma)
  • Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office and MS Project as well as initial application knowledge of SAP
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Teamwork skills, communication skills, and an analytical as well as structured approach to work
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
