The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 48,050 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.10.2026. Responsibilities
- Resource Planning: Independently carry out capacity and budget planning as well as personnel planning
- Data Management: Ensure data consistency and build and expand transparent reporting
- Financial Planning: Support the internal financial planning process, including business planning and cost estimation
- Bid Management: Coordinate and monitor the bid process and support price reviews
- Process Optimization: Implement continuous process improvement and accompany improvement initiatives
- Workshop Facilitation: Moderate workshops and support space planning
- IT Security: Monitor IT security-related activities
Qualifications
- Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with a focus on finance
- Several years of professional experience in engineering and project management
- Many years of relevant experience in development or finance/controlling as well as in process improvement (Lean, SixSigma)
- Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office and MS Project as well as initial application knowledge of SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Teamwork skills, communication skills, and an analytical as well as structured approach to work
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
