You will define the project organization, manage risks and opportunities, and ensure the effective integration of lessons learned as well as the management of partners and suppliers.

Responsibilities
- Project Goals: Successfully achieve objectives regarding time, scope, cost, and quality while adhering to internal and external regulations
- Project Organization: Define, establish, and promote the project team, including leading employees in matrix organizations
- Experience Integration: Ensure the active integration of lessons learned into the project process
- Risk and Opportunity Management: Proactively manage risks, opportunities, and contracts
- Partner and Supplier Management: Effectively manage partners and suppliers to ensure smooth collaboration
- Stakeholder Management: Take responsibility for managing project stakeholders and customer expectations and requirements
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering or Aerospace (at least Bachelor's)
- Many years of professional experience in engineering and project management, ideally in the aerospace sector
- Several years of experience in project management
- Proficient use of MS Office, MS Project, and SAP (e.g., UPH, ARM)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
