As an Environmental Management Specialist at our customer Airbus Operations GmbH in Bremen, you will be responsible for operational environmental protection in the production environment of an international aviation group. Tasks

• Consulting and participation in approval procedures
• Monitoring compliance with environmental regulations and internal standards
• Conducting environmental impact analyses
• Support with ISO 14001 audits
• Participation in accident management
• Regular communication with internal interfaces and authorities
• Documentation and evaluation of environmentally relevant processes and key figures

Qualifications

• Completed degree in environmental technology, sustainability, environmental engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
• Professional experience in operational environmental protection is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of WHG, AwSV, KrWG, AVV, GewAbfV is essential
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 is desirable
• Certificates of competence for waste or water protection officers are an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office and Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and English (at least C1), knowledge of French desirable
• Willingness to travel approx. once a month for 1–2 days within Germany
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is essential
