Responsibilities


  • Plant operation of laser cutting and chemical milling machines
  • Production monitoring and process-related adjustment work
  • Documentation of component orders, optimization potential, and process parameters
  • Fault analysis and rectification, as well as initiation of maintenance measures
  • Preparation and follow-up of components, including setting up, aligning, and tooling
  • System maintenance and documentation in IT systems
  • Onboarding and support of new employees


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, aircraft builder, industrial mechanic, or in a metalworking trade
  • Many years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
  • Experience in handling production equipment, ideally laser cutting or milling technologies
  • Basic skills in using IT systems and documentation
  • Good German language skills (at least proficient); basic English skills
  • Willingness to work in 3-shift operation
  • Strong teamwork skills, high willingness to learn, and independent working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
