Tasks
- Initiating and implementing TGM projects, including air conditioning and ventilation technology, heating, sanitation, and fire protection
- Preparing the procurement of planning and project management services (creating a service description, obtaining quotes)
- Managing project managers and specialist planners with clear specifications regarding deadlines, quality, and costs
- Commercial management of projects, including preparation of project and cost data in internal applications such as Clarity
- Ensuring complete project documentation and tracking deviations
- Completing projects and structured handover to the facility manager
Qualifications
- Completed degree (university of applied sciences/technical college/technical university) as a graduate engineer, graduate architect, or master's degree, e.g., in architecture, civil engineering, business administration, industrial engineering, or facility management
- Several years of professional experience in comparable areas of responsibility as well as in the management and implementation of complex projects
- Strong process and methodological skills
- In-depth knowledge of business management contexts
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Very good German (at least B2) and good English skills (at least B1)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
