The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 57,900 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.07.2027. Responsibilities
- Composite Manufacturing: Production of satellite and aircraft structures from CFRP/GRP materials and components
- Hand Lay-up Processes: Independent work with complex composite materials using prepreg and RTM processes
- Machine Operation: Operation of placement machines and cutters for material processing
- Technology Implementation: Contributing to the introduction and implementation of new manufacturing technologies
- Flexible Production: Taking on varying tasks within lightweight structure manufacturing
- Bonding Work: Performing bonding work with various adhesive types
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a boat builder, aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, carpenter, or in plastics technology / precision engineering
- Many years of professional experience in the production of composite parts and in production processes
- Good knowledge of operating production equipment and in the composite field
- Experience with bonding work using various adhesive types
- Knowledge of MS Office
- German business fluent (at least C1); English proficient (at least B2)
- Craftsmanship, careful working methods, high cost awareness, and flexibility
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
