Tasks

  • Operation and monitoring of galvanic systems (PSA/APU) in the aerospace sector
  • Control of the production workflow and execution of process-related adjustments
  • Documentation of component orders, identification of optimization potential and monitoring of process flows
  • Analysis and elimination of machine malfunctions, including root cause analysis and, if necessary, escalation to maintenance
  • Preparation and post-processing of components, including setup, alignment, tool loading, disassembly and maintenance of the IT system
  • Application of surface and adhesion primers to galvanized bonding components
  • Execution of basic maintenance tasksduring system operation

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, process mechanic for coating technology or in a metalworking profession
  • Extensive professional experience in manufacturing or production
  • Experience in operating production systems, ideally in a galvanic environment
  • German language skills at a business fluent level (min. C1) and basic English skills (min. A2)
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and to perform overtime when required
  • A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
