Tasks

  • Design, development and implementation of new GenAI agents and function modules with modern large language model frameworks
  • Integration of AI functionalities into existing software ecosystems and deployment on internal infrastructure
  • Collaboration with research and architecture teams on technical feasibility and clean alignment with business requirements
  • Optimisation of model performance and reduction of latency in production environments
  • Ensuring the security, scalability and reliability of the AI services provided
  • Creating technical documentation and actively improving development processes

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in computer science (at least a bachelor's degree) or comparable qualification
  • Proven professional experience as a software developer with a strong focus on Python
  • Practical experience with containerisation (Docker) for deployment and operation
  • Experience with LLMs, generative AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex) or RAG architectures (retrieval-augmented generation)
  • Knowledge of secure programming practices; experience in regulated or defence-related environments is an advantage
  • Business fluent in German (at least C1), advanced English (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
