The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 78,341 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.06.2028. Responsibilities


  • Project Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute all Extended Reality (XR) activities for cabin and cargo of new aircraft generations
  • 3D Data Preparation: Perform advanced data preparation and extraction from CAD programs using tools like Dassault Deltagen, including UV-mapping, material creation, and rendering
  • VR/AR Development: Develop, visualize, and enrich immersive scenes in software such as Unity, Unreal, or the 3DExperience platform with assets and animations
  • XR Study Management: Conduct XR studies for installability and maintainability tests and provide technical demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Visual Content Creation: Create high-quality, photorealistic renderings for strategic sales and marketing campaigns
  • Digitalization & Automation: Utilize data analytics and machine learning to enhance the efficiency of customization processes
  • Standardization: Standardize working methods within the VR/AR context by analyzing customer requirements and initiating continuous improvement initiatives
  • Scanning Technologies: Employ technologies such as Xrite Tac7 or Deltascan to digitize physical materials for high-fidelity visualization


Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Design, Graphic Design, Engineering, Aerospace, or a technical course of study
  • Several years of professional experience in configuration management, manufacturing/production, aircraft construction, and interface management
  • Experience in the gaming industry is desirable
  • Secure application knowledge of SAP and detailed specialist knowledge of Catia V5 and VPM A350
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace, basic knowledge of KVP and project management, and good knowledge of conducting 3D measurement processes
  • Business fluent English (at least C1); German language skills are advantageous
  • Experience with Unity, 3DS Max, Blender, the 3DExperience platform, and Product Lifecycle Management is advantageous
  • Analytical mindset, independent and structured way of working, as well as pronounced communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
