Responsibilities


  • Customer Support as the central point of contact for support and service (S&S) contracts with civil and military customers
  • Project Coordination to ensure the timely and quality-compliant fulfillment of all contractual deliverables
  • Performance Management by defining and monitoring contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and creating recovery plans
  • Financial Controlling with monitoring of costs, risks, and opportunities within the contract framework
  • Profit & Loss Responsibility for achieving revenue, margin, and cash targets as the Profit & Loss Holder
  • Partnership Management for sustainable business development and promotion with the customer


Qualifications

  • Completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Many years of professional experience (at least 4 years) in finance, customer service, contract management, and sales
  • Experience in the Airbus environment or the aviation industry is desirable
  • Specialist qualifications in negotiation, contract design, marketing, or product knowledge
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1); Spanish skills are an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, adaptability, and independent way of working
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
