We are looking for a dedicatedHelicopter Work Planner for our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH at their Donauwörth site. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth planning and control of manufacturing processes relating to aircraft doors – from creating work plans to coordinating with production and the supply chain. Tasks
- Creating and updating work plans, parts lists, and SOIs, taking into account manufacturing requirements and time calculations
- Defining requirements for tools, machines, and industrial assets in the event of changes or new developments
- Planning and implementing feedback loops with the production team for continuous process optimization
- Processing and escalating work preparation issues from production in close coordination with tech support and production
- Supporting the production floor with technical expertise on more complex issues
- Analyzing and implementing industrial requirements in collaboration with design, supply chain, and engineering
- Implementing and supporting FMEA/P-FMEA and configuration management
- Ensuring the consistency of production data within the framework of supply chain management
Qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, aircraft electronics technician, or comparable industrial training
- Further training as a technician or master craftsman
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of work preparation, manufacturing/production, aircraft construction, electrical engineering, production planning and project management
- Several years of experience in supply chain, technical documentation, technical administration and IT systems
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
