Responsibilities
- Personnel administration: Implementation of hires, transfers, contract changes, and exits
- Payroll processing: Handling special cases such as tariff increases, one-time payments, and earnings guarantees
- Quality controls: Verification of tax and social insurance obligations as well as error analysis and resolution
- Personnel counseling: Providing information to employees, HR Business Partners, and managers
- External correspondence: Responding to inquiries from pension recipients, health insurance providers, and authorities
- Project work: Involvement in small projects and special topics for process optimization
- Time management: Responsibility for payroll-related and time management tasks
Qualifications
- Vocational training as accountant, financial accountant, industrial clerk, office communication clerk, or personnel clerk
- Many years of professional experience in finance, personnel administration, or human resources
- Experience in payroll processing desirable
- Proficient in SAP (detailed functions) and Google Workspace
- Good knowledge of payroll accounting
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
- Independent, structured, and result-oriented work approach
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
