Tasks
- Advising and supporting employees and managers on HR processes and tools
- Implementing individual personnel measures, e.g., contract changes or external recruiting
- Maintaining personnel data in Workday and SAP, and creating reports and data analyses
- Supporting HR business partners with HR campaigns (e.g., performance & goals, salary review)
- Collaboration on the further development and digitalization of internal HR processes
- Assumption of tasks in national HR projects and handling of special topics
Qualifications
- Completed training as a human resources specialist or comparable commercial vocational training with many years of experience
- Alternatively: Completed degree in business administration, communication sciences, psychology, economics or comparable
- Initial professional experience in personnel administration and human resources
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP/R3, and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English (at least B2)
- Structured, results-oriented approach to work with a high degree of responsibility and persuasiveness
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is essential
