Tasks
- Providing guidance and support to employees and managers regarding HR processes and tools
- Handling the administrative implementation of personnel measures , e.g. in cases of contract amendments or external recruitment
- Maintaining employee data in Workday and SAP as well as generating reports and performing data analysis
- Contributing to HR campaigns such as Performance & Goals, Equal Pay and People Review
- Supporting the continuous development and digitalisation of internal HR processes
- Assisting with national HR projects and taking on special topics
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training (e.g. Human Resources Clerk) or a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communication or Economic Sciences
- Several years of professional experience in HR administration and human resources
- Internships in relevant areas are desirable
- In-depth knowledge of SAP/R3, MS Office and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German skills (at least C1) and advanced English skills (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
