We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist Learning Management for our client Airbus Aerostructures GmbH at their Nordenham site. In this role, you will be the central interface between specialist departments and personnel development. You will analyze learning needs, design individual training strategies and support their implementation – always with the aim of strengthening the performance of the teams. Tasks

  • Analysis of learning and development needs in close cooperation with specialist departments
  • Implementation of individual learning solutions through training planning, coordination, and performance review
  • Consulting and support for managers in personnel development issues and qualification strategies
  • Ensuring and optimizing existing learning processes and actively helping to shape new formats
  • Collaboration on the development of innovative learning solutions together with internal learning experts
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of measures implemented through reports and key performance indicators
  • Promotion of a sustainable learning culture throughout the entire division

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in international management, economics or comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in adult education as an HR business partner and in human resources development
  • Knowledge of learning management and human resources development
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace
  • Business fluent in German and English (at least C1)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
