Responsibilities
- Surface preparation: Provide tools and materials, review construction documents, and clean, activate, and mask surfaces
- Coating work: Professionally coat surfaces with paints, adhesives, preservation wax, or sealants
- Synchronous coating: Application of modern synchronous coating processes for specific requirements
- Technical labeling: Application of technical labels, decorative and auxiliary films, and line markings
- Quality assurance: Careful execution of all work steps according to specified standards and documentation
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a Vehicle Painter or as a Process Mechanic for Coating Technology
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
- Several years of practical experience as a painter/coater
- Proficient German language skills, Basic English language skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system as well as weekend and overtime work
- Teamwork skills, independent working style, and high concentration ability
- Willingness to complete a pre-qualification
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
